We are glad to launch our Missed Call Services. Missed Call Services facilitate you to get the balance of your account through sms in hassle free, convenient manner at absolutely no cost. You can check the balances by just giving a missed call to the number 8882441155.

 

Procedure to avail the services

 

1.Register for the service by sending an SMS to9282441155in the following format

LVB<SPACE>REG<SPACE><CUSTOMER-ID><SPACE><DEFAULT ACCOUNT NUMBER>

a) The account for which you want to get the alert, should be mentioned in the place of Default account number.

b) Full Account number (16 digit) to be captured for Default Account Number

c) You should send the sms from mobile number registered with the Bank.

d) The customer -id should be mentioned correctly

2.Once registered successfully, the Missed call services can be availed from next working day.

 

Procedure to change the default account

 

For changing the default account , send an sms to9282441155in the following format

LVB<SPACE>ACC<SPACE><CUSTOMER-ID><SPACE><REVISED ACCOUNT NUMBER>

 

Procedure to de-register

 

You can de-register from the Missed call services by sending an SMS to9282441155in the following format.

LVB<SPACE>DEL<SPACE>CUSTOMER-ID

Once you de-register from Missed call services, the sms pull services will also be de-activated.

 

Note

If there are more than one registration for Missed Call alert using the same mobile number, then the missed call services will be available for the customer who had first registered for the pull services. Both customers can avail the Pull services, however only the customer who had registered first will be able to avail the Missed Call Alert Services.
