Who can avail it?

Any customer holding a Savings or Current account with us and a mobile handset of any make and of any operator is eligible. Customer has to register for this facility by filling up and submitting simple form** with phone number and other details to the respective branches.
** Initially the user has to submit a form for registering his mobile number with the bank, before activating the mobile banking services.

Service Charges:

The one time registration fee of Rs. 100/- will be debited from the account on activation of SMS Banking facility (for both Savings and Current Account Holders)
For Saving Account Holders:
An annual fee of Rs. 100/ - will be debited from the account at quarterly rests (Rs. 25/- per quarter).
For Current Account Holders:
Account holders can subscribe for either or both of the following alerts
1. Daily Balance Alerts
2. Alerts for debit/credit transactions of Rs. 10,000/- and above.
On subscribing to any one of the above alerts, an annual fee of Rs. 100/ - will be debited from the account at quarterly rests (Rs. 25/- per quarter) . However, if customer subscribes for both alerts, then an additional annual fee of Rs. 100/- will be debited from the account at quarterly rest (Rs. 25/- per quarter).
