The relationship between the banker and the renter of a locker is that of
lesser and lessee.
The Customer should personally call on the bank to ask the necessary papers
after proper introduction. A memorandum of hiring of lockers with requisite
stamp value should be obtained from the indenting hirer along with an account
opening form.
