Experience
Should have 15 to 20 years of Branch Banking experience of which 3 to 5 years experience as Regional / Divisional Head in Scale IV and above with distinguished track record of sourcing and securing NRI / Retail Business. CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE OF HEADING THESE SPECIALIZED VERTICALS FOR 3 TO 5 YEARS PREFERRED.
03.Relationship Managers (Business Banking / SME )
Post Graduates or Graduates with CAIIB or MBA
Experience of 5 to 10 years. Flair for Marketing / processing of SSI & Business related Loans & Advances, Processing, Documentation and monitoring. Will be recruited in Scale I / II / III. Placement will be at Salem, Coimbatore, Madurai, Chennai, Trichy, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Vijayawada, Vizag, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta,
Not exceeding 40 / 45 years.
Conversant in processes, Operational Excellence, Liaisoning with partners, Marketing of cards (Credit card or Debit card), Driving sales to generate profits
Not exceeding 35 years. (Relaxable in deserving cases)
Post Graduate in literature / Mass communication / MBA
Should have a minimum of 10 years stint as Public Relation Manager and thorough with all protocols, effective liaison with media both print and electronic and all channels connecting the organization globally.
Qualification: ACA or a Post Graduate with CAIIB Age: Not exceeding 50 years (relaxable in very deserving cases) Experience: Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 20 years working experience in a Banking company of which atleast 3 years combined experience as AGM / DGM in any Nationalized / Private sector Bank with exposure to credit spanning cross section of lending to all sectors, Syndication of loans, Project appraisal, Credit Monitoring and Forex.

Experience: Aggressive Money Market Dealers having experience of minimum 2 years in a Bank / Primary Dealer / Financial Institution / Corporate with knowledge of trading in G sec, Equities, Corporate Debt. Exposure to Derivatives in INR is an added advantage.
Trade Finance / Forex Candidates with MBA / CA / ICWA / CFA qualification, Not Exceeding 30 years of age with atleast 2 years experience in the area of Trade Finance / Forex. Well versed with FEMA, RBI Guidelines, FEDAI rules, UCPDC & URC. His responsibility will be sourcing client base for international trade and forex service and convince the clientele in coordination with the Branches. Placement will be at Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.
Wealth Management Graduates preferably with MBA, not exceeding 35 years of age, having strong sales back ground / drive in LI / GI with 5 to 10 years of experience. Placements will be at Chennai, Trichy, Salem, Karur, Coimbatore, Madurai, Bangalore, Hubli, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada, Mumbai, New Delhi & Ahmedabad (Preference for local candidates)
Qualification: Graduates / Post graduates. CAIIB shall be added qualification.
Age: Not exceeding 50 years
Experience:
Candidate should be familiar with Industrial & Labour laws, Bipartite settlements and Officers’ Service & Disciplinary regulations. 3 to 5 years hands on experience in handling the entire process of Disciplinary action.
